Why use a blog?  The main reason to use a blog is to communicate valuable information.

Why use a log?

The main reason to log is for accountability.  You should log your food intake and your exercise.  It also helps me to be able to give feedback to a patient on the program. 

Some do not log.  Who so you think suffers?  One clue...its not me.
