Is your weight loss plan failing you?

If your weight loss plan is failing you, then I am not surprised because most people opt for calorie restricting plans which rarely work.  I didn't say they never work.  Over 60% of Americans are overweight or obese.  This  calorie restriction method is what most people have been doing for decades  and IF it does work for a while they usually yo-yo up and down which is not healthy.
